I got a call from my boss last night (Sunday), saying a customer left him a message stating nobody could access anything on their main server. I figured an internet outage was in order, as technical things get confusing for them, sometimes. Checking my work email before looking into the problem (we don’t do weekend support), I saw a temperature sensor alert for that very server the day before the reported incident.
