My vacation was interrupted for 3 consecutive days by an emergency call for a customer. Needless to say, it was hardly a vacation.

Been extremely busy with work in general, hoping for a break in the chaos (no pun intended, John). Finally signed up for a Facebook account, at the extreme pressure from my sister.

I officially started vacation. Turned on my “out of office auto-reply” on my work email, turned off my work cell phone, unplugged power on my VOIP phone here at home that I use for work, and told my boss “over and out”, then signed out of my company MSN Messenger account.

July 5th seems to far away, but I know it’s just around the corner. At least now I have the time to blog about things that I have been procrastinating for a while, like my 10TB project, the carputer project, and potentially buying a new car (but probably no time soon).
